I've heard the phrase "I'm not a salesperson" so many times from women around me, and it always makes me smile. Despite evidence of a gender gap in self-promotion1, this aversion to recognizing one's own sales skills goes beyond mere workplace survival.

There are many reasons to become an individual contributor of the OWA. Farewell to NYC! This year's Champagne Breakfast, the final one to be held in New York City, again broke all previous attendance records with 500 registrations. Gotham Hall was once more the beautiful backdrop for the annual event honoring the 2024 award recipients.
